Meet Our Coaches

     Adrian Coiro

Since founding Rapture Strength in 2023, Adrian has been dedicated to combining strength training principles with restorative movement to help clients overcome their limitations and unlock their full potential. 

A passionate powerlifter with over six years of training and multiple competitions under his belt, Adrian’s expertise extends beyond the platform. His experience in physiotherapy settings and ongoing studies in biomechanics inform his focus on restoring optimal movement patterns to promote longevity in strength sports.

Adrian also specializes in exercise rehabilitation, guiding clients in recovering from acute training injuries and building resilience. 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from RMIT, is an accredited sports nutrition coach, and has completed a Certificate in Massage as well as a Level 1 Certificate in Myofascial Dry Needling and Cupping. Currently, Adrian is pursuing a Diploma of Remedial Massage to further expand his skillset and enhance his client care.

    Nicholas Da Cruz

Hi, I’m Nick — a competitive Olympic weightlifter with a passion for helping people like you unlock their true potential. My goal as a coach is to create training programs that not only build strength but also improve speed, power, and overall athletic performance.

I’ve spent years honing my skills in Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and strongman, and I love finding creative ways to mix these disciplines. One of my favorite parts of coaching is incorporating explosive movements and plyometrics to help you move, lift, and perform better—whether on the platform, the field, or in everyday life.

I believe training should be challenging, rewarding, and most importantly, tailored to your unique goals. Whether you’re chasing a PR, building functional strength, or just looking to feel your best, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s work together to crush your goals and become the strongest version of yourself.

Hey, I’m Arielle, Head Coach of Power Up Strength & Performance!

I’m a competitive powerlifter, paramedic, and strength coach dedicated to helping YOU reach your full potential. I specialize in powerlifting, strongman/woman, and injury prevention because I believe getting stronger should also mean staying healthy.

With a Bachelor’s in Health Science and certifications as a Strength System Pro Coach and Pre-Script Nutrition Coach, I bring both knowledge and experience to the table. My no-BS approach focuses on science-backed training that gets real results.

Whether you’re looking to crush it on the platform or build the physique you’ve always wanted, I’ve got your back. Let’s power up together!

Hi, I’m Joshua Patacca, I’ve been competing in powerlifting and strongman since 2014. 
 
I am 2x Victoria’s Strongest Man, and Australia’s Strongest Man 2023, and also the 2019 World Powerlifting Junior World Champion. I have competed internationally across both powerlifting and strongman events over the last decade.
