Victoria’s Strongest Man & Woman is back!
Victoria’s Strongest will be held at Iron Revolution and is the final chance for Victorians to qualify for the 2018 Arnold Classic Australia Strongman Championships.
Competition Events
– The Super Yoke
A 25m Super Yoke race with the competitors running head to head. 12.5m up and 12.5m back with the fastest time taking the win
– Farmers Walk Challenge
A head to head carry til you drop event. This is a maximum distance event with a 90 second time limit. Furthest weight carried in the time limit wins the event.
– Monster DB
The monster DB for reps event will test the competitors pressing power and skill in this unique strongman event. We will be using the Stand Or Submit range of DBs in this event
– Axle Deadlift
It’s not a strongman comp without a deadlift and this year the competitors will be lifting a competition axle bar with powerlifting plates from the floor. Straps, belts and suits. Maximum reps for the win with full strongman rules.
– Loading Medley
The final event of the day will be a mystery loading event. The competitors will find out the full details of the event just prior to it commencing.
