For the last 20 years Aaron’s life has revolved around the health and fitness industry. Over the years he has built a repertoire of knowledge and experience through having worked as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach for individuals, sports clubs and some of the largest strength sports organisations in the world. Aaron has an ongoing thirst for knowledge and passion for success that has seen him develop invaluable skills to meet the needs and demands of various clients.

Specialising in strongman and powerlifting programs for individual and athletic development, anyone who wants to get stronger, leaner, more muscular and experience the real meaning of functional strength needs to experience what Aaron has to offer. With methods that have been tried and tested with a variety of clients across a wide array of sports including Rugby, Soccer, Football, Muay Thai, MMA, Powerlifting and Strongman achieving the best results by applying the right training principles for the required outcome. At Iron Revolution the culture and community has been moulded and developed by Aaron’s experience as both a competitive athlete and coach providing the ideal setting to ensure the best results possible with the members and his clients.

Aaron spearheads the Arnold Strongman Australia and hosts the country’s biggest Strongman competitions featuring the biggest names from Australasia and from around the world. He is the creator of the Iron Revolution Strength Standards, the system used to program for the members and the strength challenge competitions.

Since starting her coaching business Power Up Strength and Performance, Arielles mission is to empower every individual that decides to take that first step towards becoming a stronger and healthier self! Having once been too scared to step foot inside a gym she understand how daunting this process can ben for many. Because of this her goal is to provide individuals with the tools and support to dominate their training! As a registered Paramedic, Arielle see’s first hand how beneficial resistance training can be for your overall health and mental wellbeing.  Having been a competitive powerlifter since 2019 she understands the value of having a coach that supports and guides you towards success. Now, she wants to pass on that same sense of achievement and power to you. So, if it’s your first time stepping past the cardio room at the gym or you’ve always wanted to dominate the big three on the platform – Arielle has your back!
